This place is small but full of charm. the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of, providing excellent service 🌟. the location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the Tinguely Fountain, which is a beautiful spot to visit.

Very nice experience there. The place was overall clean, well-appointed rooms. Unbeatable location in a central area close enough to city and transport links, a market place with shops, restaurants and bars and the main square and Christmas markets. 15 minutes' walk to Altstadt-Spaziergange durch Basel. Generous breakfast selection, attentive stuff. Great service, public parking available nearby. Not to mention very good wifi...

The restaurant was great for dinner here, I had healthy dishes. Its location at a walking distance from Basler Munster was marvellous and stunning. The Christmas market and a market were right next door.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel recently. The location was superb, just a short walk to the old town and easily accessible by bus from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The evening lounge was a great place to relax and meet other travelers. The amenities in the room were excellent and the hotel provided a free bus/tram pass, which was very convenient. Plus, knowing that the hotel supports a local charity made me feel good about my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

Close to the center, nice staff and nice breakfast. Rooms are ok. Not very very clean but enough for a 3 stars hotel.

Magnificent location in the Vorstadte district, right next to a restaurant overlooking the garden. Convenient proximity to the SBB Train station. - Reasonably large and functional units with good beds and bath essentials. - Enjoyed healthy food and local drinks during the stay.

The building is nice with beautifully designed and new-fashioned rooms. the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom is large. - the location is marvellous, with a train station close by. It is situated in a comfortable area within walking distance to the main street and a central market.

Charming queen room with a great view, exactly what I requested in advance. Perfect and excellent location in the downtown area, a bonus to be close to a train station.- Thoroughly enjoyed nearby All Bar One, they had nice drinks.- The restaurant here was good for dinner.

For the price we paid, we got great value. The room was small but well-appointed with a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The location was convenient, just one stop on the bus from the train station, and the staff treated us like family, always warm and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.
